About
Glimmer is a space for calm, connection, and realignment. Through Reiki energy healing, each session is thoughtfully tailored to meet you where you are, whether it’s your first experience or a continued part of your healing journey. The intention is to help you release stress, feel grounded, and invite a little more peace, creativity, and joy into your life.
Glimmer was created by Reiki Master Mickenzie Harrison, based in Salt Lake City. Her purpose is simple: to offer a space where you feel supported, seen, and gently guided back to yourself.
Glimmer is named after the psychological term glimmers, the opposite of triggers. Those small, meaningful moments that bring a sense of calm, safety, and connection. That’s what this is all about.

I had no never done Reiki before so I didn't know what to expect going in to it. Mickenzie was very kind and walked me through the whole process and answered all of my questions. The session was relaxing and I actually found myself getting emotional. Afterwards I felt great, lighter and I also had a million more questions. She took the time to draw me a diagram of all my chakras and told me where she felt energy coming from. She was super thoughtful, respectful and kind. I 100% recommend this to everyone!
